Membership
Dues for the 2009-2010 School Year are $6.00 per family With a donation of $10.00 you may chose a (1) water bottle or a (1) car magnet*. With a
donation of $20.00 you may receive a (1) FBES cookbook plus choose a (1) water bottle or a (1) car magnet*.
Any donation is appreciated and welcomed. If you would like to join the PTO, please print and complete the form below
and bring the membership dues to the next PTO event or send them into the school in an envelope marked "PTO Membership".

Class Memership Rewards The PTO would like to recognize Mrs. Donahue's 4th
grade class. This class has reached their goal of getting over 70% of their families to join the PTO. For this, the class

the most participation some wonderful rewards. The first 10 classes to get 70% PTO membership will get to choose a reward
from the list below:

The first class to get to 70% will get to choose first and
so on. Membership dues are just $6.00 for the whole family. With your paid membership you will receive weekly
emails with details on upcoming events throughout the school. PTO Membership forms can be found at here or in the front
lobby of the school.
